When things go wrong …
Bad times are even worse if you have to face them alone. You can use the Outlook secure contact service if you need a shoulder to cry on or some objective advice. If you’re having problems at home or school, with friends or families – complete the confidential contact form and send it to us. Because this is a web-based form, no-one else will be able to see what you’ve written. Similarly, we will not email you back so there is no risk that anyone will be able to intercept our response.
If you do use this service we will log your email in office hours and then contact you either by phone or in person. It is best if you tell us on the form when and how to contact you – that way we can keep all of our discussions private and confidential. However, if you tell us that you or any other child is being harmed we will need to share this information.
What do you do if you need help instantly? Because we can only answer your emails between 9 and 5pm weekdays, we have included the following links to helplines which operate 24 hours a day. If you are feeling really low and need someone outside of the family to speak to, click to view our helpful links.
